This is one of the paintings I did in the “First Brush of Spring”, in New Harmony this past April of 2015. It is a 12×16 oil on linen.
This was another rainy weekend in June that I chose to paint my neighbor’s tractor which was sitting outside my studio window. Perfect for a rainy day. The comforts of painting in the studio with the stereo, cats on the chairs and watching the rain come down. After the rain move on, I decided this would make a good painting. This is 8×10 oil on linen.
